Delivery,  Terms & Refunds 

 

We offer many different delivery options to perfectly fit your needs, the cost of delivery varies dependent on your location and the urgency of your order. 

 

Please Note:

We can only accept orders for delivery to London addresses at this time. Our Bouquets are always out for delivery from Monday to Saturday.

Orders will be processed on business days. If ordering on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday your order will be processed the next business day and will be sent out for delivery the day after before 12pm.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

Your flowers will arrive via a valued Courier service in a secure flower box with minimal water. The conditions in the flower box are perfect for the bouquets whilst in transit. We use minimal water during transit to protect the packaging. Our deliveries must be signed for, we cannot accept liability if the flowers cannot be signed for and delivery cannot be made. For public establishments such as offices, apartments, hospitals, hotels and other establishments as these, the person at the location authorised to receive deliveries will be accepted as proof and once in their care we will not be responsible. Re-delivery can be arranged free of charge, however please note that the flowers may not be as fresh after extra time in transit.

Cancellations should be made 4 days prior to the delivery date of a bouquet. Refunds will not be given if an order is cancelled less than 4 days before the date of delivery. If a refund is approved this will be processed via the original payment method only. A credit to put towards a new order may be issued as an alternative to a refund in certain circumstances at our discretion.

Any issues regarding the quality of the flowers delivered need to be raised in writing within 24 hours, photographs may be required alongside this.

Whilst we take every effort to ensure your flowers will be delivered on time and as requested there are however occasionally circumstances beyond our control which affect us meeting these expectations. We will keep you up to date with any issues that arise.

 

REFUNDS 

We will refund or issue a credit note for flowers that have arrived in an unsatisfactory condition. Images of this will be required as proof of the condition of the flowers so we can asses the level of refund required. 

Returns can be made within 24 hours for a full refund if the flowers are of poor quality, damaged or unsatisfactory. 

Customers should contact us within 24 hours  of receiving the flowers (ideally much faster so we can work on a replacement) on admin@jamieaston.com or 020 7387 0999 and request a return,  this will be handled by our team. Refunds once approved are issued within 3 days.
